Firstly, the pulse and double pulse technology offer you complete control over the energy or heat that is added to the material during the welding process. The thermal stability achieved prevents the material from burning through, warping, or distorting, which is an important setting for welding with particularly thin materials.

Secondly, the double pulse function is also evident in aluminum welding since aluminum has a lower heat threshold and it melts faster than most other metals, but it still requires considerable heat to form weld puddles. For aluminum, the device offers you preset programs as well as the necessary accessories, because in the set you will find a Teflon core and an ALU wire feed roller with U-nut.
