Products Description
The Rolwal tig 200p ac dc is a 220~240 volt(Bivolt 110~220volt), digitally controlled, High Frequency AC/DC TIG (GTAW) and Stick (MMAW) inverter. This unit is specifically designed for the professional user who need high quality or weld results. With its compact casing and IP23S rating the tig 200 AC DC is ideal for indoor or outdoor use around the workshop and is easy to carry and manoeuvre into hard to reach places when doing light fabrication and maintenance of mild steels, stainless steels and aluminium.
In TIG mode the unit has all the features required to customise your welding preferences – High Frequency (HF), Up/Down Slope, Pre/Post Flow, 2T/4T Trigger Function, Spot Mode and Gas Check for AC or DC TIG welding. When welding in AC only, Frequency and Wave Balance can be refined with impressive adjustability and when operating in Pulse Mode the user has full flexibility to adjust Frequency, Width and Peak Current.
In Stick mode the 200 AC/DC features VRD, Anti-Stick and Hot Start and can weld with up to 5mm electrodes.

AC/DC High Frequency TIG
Maximise your results from start to finish. A high-frequency torch can start an arc without contacting the workpiece, reducing the risk of contaminating the tungsten or the weld. It also means you get access to the entire TIG weld cycle, including pre- and post-gas and up and down slope parameters.
Pulse tIG Function
Minimise the heat input without compromising on any of the penetration. Alternating between a peak and base current reduces the amount of heat input and focuses the arc, perfect for sheet metals and out-of-position welding.
Multiple AC Waveforms
Completely customise your aluminium welds. Switch between Sine, Square, and Triangle waves to change the arc characteristics, bead profile, and penetration to suit your weld.
