Inspection Before Starting The Centrifugal Pump

Whether the name, model, main performance, and filling quantity of lubricating oil meet the requirements of technical documents;
Whether the lubrication system, sealing system, and cooling system of the bearings are intact, and whether the oil and water circuits of the bearings are unobstructed;
Rotate the rotor of the pump 1-2 times and check if there is any friction or jamming on the rotor;
Is there any debris near the coupling or belt protection device that hinders rotation;
Whether the foundation anchor bolts of the pump, bearing seat, and motor are loose;
The valve or accessory device of the pump working system should be in the position with the minimum load during pump operation, and the outlet regulating valve should be closed;
Inch the pump to see whether the impeller rotation direction is consistent with the design rotation direction. If not, the impeller must be completely stopped and the motor wiring must be adjusted before starting again.
